[26],206pp. plus photographic facsimile of the Errata page. Folio. Bound to style in half calf and marbled boards, leather label. Several leaves repaired, a handful of early library stamps, some contemporary clerical marginalia, including "Sec'y's Office" at top of titlepage, scattered light stains. Very good. A quite early Canadian and Nova Scotia imprint, the rare first revised edition of Nova Scotia statutes, THE PERPETUAL ACTS., which contains the text of acts passed and still in force between October 1758 and October 1766.
