Book condition - near Fine, contents clean, no foxing, no inscriptions, blank 'University College School' prize label inside front board, tissue guard between plates is tanned , inner hinges intact ; blue, full calf binding with simple double line gilt ruling and gilt school motif both front and back, elaborate gilt scroll decoration to spine with title in contrasting red panel, gilt decoration to board edges ; very slight rubbing of corners, back has very slight surface markings and one line of colour loss at bottom corner , spine is complete with slight fading of colour but gilt decoration and title are complete and bright, front also wih very slight surface markings.
