Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
John Henry, CPP (Certified Packaging Professional) has over 35 years of working with packaging machinery in many industries and applications. He developed and teaches the Packaging Machinery Basics course for the Institute of Packaging Professionals and teaches Packaging Technology in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico's graduate school of industrial engineering. He has written and spoken extensively on packaging, machinery, operations and line design. In his day job, he is The Changeover Wizard. He assists companies in improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) via reducing downtime, especially from changeover.
