This is the Second Edition, published by Ediciones Poligrafa, S.A., 1971. Spanish, English, French and German text. Square 8vo, 20.8 cm x 20.5 cm x 2 cm, Cream cloth-covered boards, Brown embossed Park Güell decoration on front cover, Fold-out map at back of book, Glossy printed dust-jacket. 137 pages. Weight: 763 Grams. CONTENTS ARE LIKE NEW!!! Dust-jacket is mostly clean & glossy, slightly rubbed, some scratches and indents, yellowed and more age tanned on edges which are worn and scuffed, small tear on top edge on front. BOOK IN GREAT SHAPE: Spine is clean & sturdy, barely scuffed either end, binding tight! Cover is mostly clean, tiny marks & light indent on back, decoration intact, a little edge wear, bottom edges marked. Corners are very slightly scuffed. First title page has tiny corner fold. First few pages have tiny bump to bottom corner. Author's dedication on 1st free end paper. Some pages (very few) have faint finger smudges. Very light age tanning throughout. RARE ITEM IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! A great tribute to Gaudi's Güell Park created over 4 years between 1910 and 1914, with additional information about the Artist and his amazing work of decorative architecture in the first part of the book entitled 'El "Park Güell", Universo en Miniatura' ('The "Güell Park" a Miniature Universe').
