All the empirical studies review indicate that a lot of work has been done in the field of family welfare in comparison with reproductive health care services in comparison with acceptance of female terminal methods. The available literature on the latter highlights that there are studies which deal either exclusively with family welfare services or with utilization of child immunization services. Very few studies are available which have tried to cover the antenatal care and its related issues. The present study therefore makes an attempt to comer the aspects, i.,e., knowledge and utilization of reproductive health services in terms of antenatal care.
