Über den Autor: Gary Thrasher served seven years in the U.S. Air Force, following his combat tour in Vietnam with a three-and-a-half-year tour in Germany. He left the Air Force in 1970, returned to Nebraska with his family that grew to include six boys, and started a career in banking. He became the chief operating officer of Nebraska s largest bank, then CEO of a major label printing company in Omaha. He remains active in banking as chairman of a Kansas bank holding company. He and his wife, Carole, divide their time between homes in Bellevue, Nebraska, and Tubac, Arizona, and a hunting cabin on an island on the Platte River.
