This is a shelf-worthy ex-library book (from Kentridge High School in Kent, WA), in Scribner's picture-board hardcovers with matching dust jacket. It is a January 1967 11th printing ("K-1.67" on its copyright page) of the original Scribner edition. The book is in good+ condition, marred only by a library stamp on top and bottom edges of its text block, a small number hand-written in ink on its title page, very light wear on its cover's edges and corners, some very light soiling on edges of its text block, very faint short tape ghosts on top and bottom edges of its front and back covers, and a faint glue ghost on its back end paper (presumably from a now-removed card pocket.) Its binding is sound and square, with no spine crease. Covers are bright, and otherwise unmarked and unworn. Pages are otherwise unmarked and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, has the silver "Scribner Library Binding" sticker on the bottom edge of its spine and front. It is in very good condition -- whole, bright, and unmarked -- marred only by traces of edge wear. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.
