Rebacked in embellished cloth binding, with the original boards and handwritten spine label. A somewhat amateur but sound affair. Externally, lightly rubbed, with some fading and bumping to the original boards. Some straining to the front hinge due to slightly too tight binding. Internally, firmly bound, bright and generally clean, although with the odd handling mark. Suffolk Institute of Archaeology bookplate to the front pastedown and ink stamps to the first few leaves.
