Some wear and chipping to spine and its bands, with small tear at top. Signs of rubbing and shelf-wear. Rear board has been substantially scuffed, removing some of leather coating. Binding holding reasonably well, although front outer hinge is partially cracked. Textblock firm. Page edges marbled, as are endpapers. A little foxing to endpapers. Front pastedown contains a prize-giving bookplate. Page surfaces are very clean and appear to contain no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
