No. 111 of a "first, limited edition" of one thousand copies. 6 ½ in. x 9 ¾ in. 188 pp. B/w illustrations by Alexander Couard. Light blue cloth over boards. Gilt titling on the spine and on the front panel. Rough edges. The spine and its titling sunning, as do the margins of both the front and rear panels. Some pages show offset from neighboring pictures. Some pages have wrinkles, no doubt a manufacturing flaw.
