Issue points present; chapter XXVII is on page 282 rather than 283 as listed in the contents. The plate facing page 482 is not a dark plate. This novel is considered by many to be Dickens' masterpiece, and Dickens' himself referred to the book as being 'his favourite child'. Front hinge of 'David Copperfield' is reinforced with tape. Bookplate to the front paste down of 'Pickwick'. Internally, generally firmly bound, pages 211 to 222 of 'Dombey and Son' detached but present. Pages are lightly age-toned with some spots.
