Before leaving the British Army, Chris Holt spent most of his career in a bomb disposal regiment, and in particular with the team that is ready to respond to a large-scale terrorist attack on the UK mainland. He has also led a team responsible for planning the security of high-profile and high-risk events like the Grand National and the Commonwealth Heads of Government conference. Holt is an expert in personal security, specialist driving techniques, and armed and unarmed self-defense. He lives in Bristol, England.
