In a full calf binding. Externally, a little worn, with light rubbing and marks to the boards and spine. A small amount of loss and lifting to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Hinges are starting but firm. Loss of paper to the rear paste down. Ink to the verso of the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some scattered spots and handling marks. Ink to the tail of the title page. The occasional light tide mark to the margins.
