Their annual meeting on July 10, 1871, their annual meeting January 17, 1872, and their semi annual meeting on July 15, 1872. The booklet records the various motions and votes at these meetings, more often called excursions, as well as summaries of various important publicans by their members. Also included is a summary of the banquets at these meetings with their menus, as well as various poems that were read aloud at the events.
