12mo, bound in brown blindstamped cloth covered boards in good condition, a few small holes at joint on covers, a light dampstain lower front corner that affects a couple pages inside. Contents very good with age toned paper, heavier browning in places, pp. 234 plus a few pages of adverts at back. pencil name on front endpaper noted inside.
