Ces lettres de Proust sont adressées à Jeanne (Pouquet), Simone et Gaston de Cavaillet, Robert de Flers et Bertrand de Fénelon et sont accompagnées de 8 reproductions en hors-texte dont le frontispice. 96 pages ; couverture rempliée.
