Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Raymond C. Watson, Jr.; Ph.D, P.E.; has been an engineer since 1942. During WWII, he instructed in the Navy's highly secret radar program. His career combined industrial and academic positions, and he is still fully engaged as a consultant and chairman of the Engineering Advisory Board at Alabama A&M University. Watson's books include Solving the Naval Radar Crisis (Trafford 2007).
