This rare one of a kind item is in good collectible condition with wear, light soiling and creasing as shown. A 7 by 3 inch Medical Receipt. See Photos; The receipt is dated December 9th 1867. It was for payment of 3 visits at 50 cents each. Locustville is a village in Hopkinton, Washington County. I can find no information on the Doctor, but his patient was a prominent citizen. - "Wanton Lillibridge, was the son of Amos and Plebe Lillibridge. He was born in Richmond, Rhode Island on October 17, 1806, and resided there all his life. He was a prosperous farmer and a prominent citizen, and for several decades occupied a prominent position in Richmond. He was one of the framers of the Constitution of Rhode Island, member of the Legislature, very prominent, president of Town Council, and held many other town offices.
