Grey cloth with gilt title & decorative border on the front cover. No title page or date (but circa 1836). Contents comprises a lithograph plate of Haddon Hall - Garden Front from the Bridge Entrance; followed by text pages 21-35; a Pedigree of Vernon of Haddon, Co Derby; text pages 37-53; a list of Prints; 2 page list of Subscribers, finally 15 Haddon Hall lithographic plates drawn by Samuel Rayner at the rear (some are proofs), each with a thin paper guard. Inside the front cover are pasted two engraved labels, R. Moseley of Derby, carver and gilder to the King as well as an engraver & printer, and also Derbyshire Museum.
