They are not all arranged in the form of a regularly connected history, being as their name imports, 'reminiscences' of particular periods, brought together under different heads or chapters." Five chapters are devoted to genealogies, including the following families: Curtis, Rice, Bigelow, Goulding, Stowell, Jennison, Chandler, Paine, Putnam, Upham, Flagg, Grout, Perry, Chapin, Lovell, Green, Lincoln, Allen, Mower, Boyden, Goddard, Tucker, Eaton, Harrington, Stowell and Other Families.
