This book and CD-Rom set contains a stunning collection of repeating patterns from the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque. The earlier designs often show settings including animals such as dogs, deer and the mythical unicorn, whereas the later ones are dominated by floral compositions. The repeating element of the designs allows them suitable for a wide range of applications.
