First US separate printing and first American illustrated appearance of this James Bond short story, contained within HQ Magazine for Men, volume 1, number 4, October 1964. This story first appeared in the anthology For Your Eyes Only. The story appears on pages 13 through 17 and 62 through 72, being advertised as a "Book Bonus", and published with the tag line: "A James Bond thriller set in the world of dope smuggling and beautiful dangerous women where the payment for information is human life." A VG+ copy, with some very light peripheral rubbing typical for a magazine of this vintage, but no major defects. NB: includes artwork that appears nowhere else.
