A UK THIRD edition. THE WRAPPER : The rare wrapper on this copy ( artwork by Bip Pares ) is sound and complete. It is unclipped. It is soiled to both panels and at the spine. The front panel shows light nicking and wear to the top edge and top edge corners. The spine shows shallow chipping at both the head and tail. The back panel is sound, showing a small scuff to the main body and wear to the top and bottom edges. A little tired, but a very uncommon wrapper. THE BOOK : The book is square and tight. The boards are very clean and very bright. The lettering on te spine and front board is bright and bold. There is a small ding to the leading edge and also to the centre of the back board. The corners are sound. The spine ends are gently bruised. The pages are clean. The closed page edges are tanned and show occasional spotting. The binding is solid, the hinges are sound. There are no dog-eared or loose pages.There is a previous ownership inscriptions in pencil on the ffep. A nice copy in a protected wrapper. Paypal accepted. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 004969
