The first half is the roster, with the second half the complete run of Vol. I No. 1-6, December 1915-May 1916 Bulletins of the First Training Regiment. The spine title and references to the post uses the old spelling of "Plattsburg" for Plattsburgh, NY. The "Plattsburgh camps" were voluntary pre-enlistment camps privately organized in preparation for WWI, and their middle and upper class participants trained as officers, paying for the training themselves.
