Some rubbing to the surface of the marbled boards and to the green leather front corners and spine, the latter with five raised bands decorated with gilt and a red label lettered in gilt. Internally marbled endpapers, the front ones with a 3mm crack in the gutter and a bookplate to pastedown; nevertheless binding tight and strong; some foxing to preliminary and rear pages.
