Don't Be Dull! There is no boring content, only boring presenters! The perception of boring content, especially in technical training, is a result of presenters not sharing with their learners what is in it for them and then choosing a dull and dry format with which to present the information. Once you have shown your learners how their lives, jobs, work performance, environment or safety can be better through the implementation of your training, use these activities to help learners assimilate the information in a fun and engaging way so they can remember the information and use it on the job! This book is filled with more than 50 activities for technical trainers to help you: Open your training session with impact and purpose, Close it with celebration and action planning, Revisit content in fun and rejuvenating ways , and Energize your learners so they are excited and ready to learn more! The activities are specifically designed for those who do technical training, especially in face-to-face settings. These activities have been tested and proven successful in training classes for over 20 years by Bob Pike Group trainers. So, what are you waiting for?
