Bassorilievi ad entrambi i piatti di Lorenzo Ferri. Al piatto anteriore ritratto di Gesù. Al piatto posteriore L'uomo Vitruviano di Leonardo. Legatura editoriale con dorso in pelle, titoli e ricche impressioni in oro. Grande cofanetto interamente ricoperto in velluto rosso, con finestra ovale in corrispondenza del rilievo anteriore.
