The binding is cracked; most pages are detached, and all are deeply tanned. OFFERED AS-IS. A very scarce bodybuilding manual by Prussian strongman Eugen Sandow (1867-1925). He is credited as the organizer of the first bodybuilding competition, which took place at London's Royal Albert Hall in 1901, and was a physical culture instructor to King George V. Priority shipping is $10.50 for delivery by either UPS or Priority Mail. Delivery is within 2-6 business days and includes tracking and insurance.
