This NF quality book was published by Grosset & Dunlap in 1955. It is square, very clean, free of edge dings and corner bumps; head and heel of the spine have no damage; the bottom edges have a slight amount of wear. The binding has not kept its original dark blue hue but has faded somewhat to a paler, faded, blue. Both hinges are strong and intact. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and paper damage of any type. The paper is very mildly toned and still quite flexible. The NF jacket is not faded nor taped and is very clean--but it is price clipped. It has very small chips at both front corners, a very short tear at the head of the spine and tiny bits of color loss at the heel (see photos).
