The exterior of this VG- book is square with one big flaw--the rear board and the spine have a brownish stain: the spine is affected at the rear gutter for an area of 1" x 1/2"; the rear board has an area of about 2" x 2" with several much smaller areas of this stain (see photo). The interior looks almost new--it is free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and any sort of paper damage. Hinges are strong and the paper is still quite flexible.
