Containing many recipes from scones, shortbread and biscuit to oatcakes, small shop cakes, buns, fancy goods, Genoese etc etc. Text very good, tight and clean Half-title page, title page and contents page have the right-hand blank margin trimmed but this does not affect any text. A couple of fox marks on the blank end papers. No inscriptions. The cloth-backed boards binding is firm and good overall with a very good, bright, gilt-lettered spine, but some light wear, minor marks and darkening of the boards. Weight 296g.
