Two maps in the text, one folding, with the salmon rivers highlighted in color. Descriptions of all rivers holding salmon, many with runs listed and the names of the holders. USPS requires mails sent overseas and Canada can ONLY be sent by AIRMAIL. Charged at actual cost. Other overseas shipping options are available, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.; however, they are frightfully expensive.
