Contains the main essay, a brief chronology, exhibitions history, and bibliography. The illustrated catalog presents 62 specific pieces. Uncommon. G (No dj; ex-art library, with spine label and barcode and bookplate, few interior marks; heavy edge wear to boards; interior is aging slightly but is otherwise clean.).
