James C. Armstrong, Jr., is the director of engineering at The Internet Mall, Inc. James has nearly 15 years of professional experience with UNIX software products and has worked for Bell Labs, Sun and Tandem computers. He is also an 18-year veteran of the Internet and its predecessors.
