SATURDAY MORNINGS is a memoir framed in the South, but uniquely American, with enchanting, heartfelt stories of a young boy’s dreams and perceptions while growing up in the small town of Selma, Alabama. The surprises, discoveries, failures, and successes of youth find application in adulthood as Dr. Bishop encounters an unexpected event with life-changing consequences.
