Beschreibung
A short piece of 35mm cine film. Rolled but in excellent condition. Housed in the original cardboard tube with a metal end and metal cap. Original printed label on the tube. Overall in excellent condition. An interesting piece of Scott ephemera. The publisher seems to have specialized in these short pieces of film that would have been intended for a personal viewer or perhaps a small projector. The film has a title image and 12 other images illustrating the Scott expedition. This is the only example I have seen before and it would seem is scarce due to the fragile nature of the medium.
