Date on the title page is 1910. 408 pages. In good condition. The binding is strong. The corners and edges are bumped and rubbed, with the boards showing through a bit at the corners. Covers are rubbed. The gold lettering is still bright. Pages inside are toned with a stain on the first few pages - perhaps water damage. A few words in pencil on the front free endpaper and first blank page, but the rest of the pages are clean and unmarked. Toned around the edges.
