Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: JOHN G. VAN BOSSE is an electrical engineer with almost forty years of experience in telecommunication. He retired from AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1991 as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff. He worked for GTE-Automatic Electric Laboratories over a twenty-year period in several different capacities, including development engineer, department head, and consultant.
