About the Author: Ollie Martin is a holistic health and high performance author, presenter and coach. He has a BSc (Hons.) Sport Science, is a CHEK Practitioner and has 20 years of experience coaching athletes. He played semi-professional rugby union, is a Ski Club GB ‘Gold’ skier and spends much of his time ‘playing’ in the Alps. He is also author of Uncommon Sense: A Practical Guide to Health, Weight Loss & Vitality and runs a health and performance consultancy based in Surrey, UK.
