Über die Autorinnen und Autoren: Michael Sanders was Chief Scientist and Research Director at the Behavioural Insights Team for seven years, recently joining the What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care as Executive Director. He is a Reader in Public Policy at King’s College London and an Associate Fellow of the Blavatnik School of Government, and is also an affiliate of the Harvard Behavioural Insights Group.

Susannah Hume is an Associate Director at King’s College London, and former Principal Research Advisor at the Behavioural Insights Team.
