“This book is an essential tool in filling the knowledge gaps we have in being Agile on complicated projects. The other way to fill these gaps is through expensive and painful trial and error. From now on, I’ll recommend reading this book instead.”
Mike Cohn, Mountain Goat Software
Solutions for Agile Governance in the Enterprise (SAGE) is the essential guide to understanding, implementing, and perfecting Agile product development throughout your organization, from one of the leading experts in software and hardware project management and planning.
“Dr. Kevin Thompson is a recognized thought leader who has researched and written extensively on all things Agile. In his newest book, he describes how Agile can be used at scale for complex products (those that include software and hardware), programs, and portfolios. I highly recommend this book to team members and executive leaders who want to apply Agile throughout their organizations and learn from one of the true masters of the field.”
John Carter, principal, TCGen Inc.
Author, Innovate Products Faster
“Dr. Thompson understands the differences and similarities between software and hardware, and is moving Agile/Scrum methods beyond their software origins. He paints the clearest picture of that world and all its moving parts that I have seen.”
David G. Ullman, emeritus professor of mechanical design and ASME Life Fellow
Author, The Mechanical Design Process
“Sage presents an overarching vision of integrating Agile throughout an organization. Regardless of your familiarity with Agile, or your role within the organization, you will find valuable insights on how to turn your project, business unit, or company into an Agile powerhouse.”
James Kolozs, staff systems engineer, Syncroness
“This book explores in depth the issues surrounding scaling Agile development, including many recommendations based on the author’s experience.”
Jeff McKenna, Certified Scrum Trainer
