Printed May 1931, 1250 copies. 331pp including 5 b/w photos + 3 folding maps: Map of Iraq shewing Health Services Institutions 1929; Iraq Map shewing Motor Traffic Routes; Sketch Map of Iraq. Wraps good with small chips. Interiors very good, creased to top corners, maps neatly folded. Under the League of Nations Mandate, the British committed to "the establishment at the earliest possible date of a fully independent State of Iraq" (Introduction).
