New condition cream boards with red spine lettering contained in an new condition color illustrated dust jacket. Includes List of Other Books by Dan Bongino; Author Dedication; Introduction; Appendix I: Timeline; Appendix II: Media Leaks; Appendix III: Charts of Connections; Endnotes; and About the Authors. "The comprehensive story of how the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton campaign, and foreign entities tried to sabotage the Trump campaign in the 2016 presidential election. Everyone has an opinion about whether or not Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to defeat Hillary Clinton in 2016. The number of actors involved is staggering, the events are complicated, and it's hard to know who or what to believe. Spygate bypasses opinion and brings facts together to expose the greatest political scandal in Amereican history. Former Secret Service agent and NYPD police officer Dan Bongino joins forces with journalist D.C. McAllister to clear away fake news and show how Trump's political opponents, both foreign and domestic, tried to sabotage his campaign and deligitimize his presidency. By following the names and connections of significant actors, the authors reveal: Why the Obama administration sent a spy connected to the Deep State into the Trump campaign; How Russians were connected to the opposition research firm hired by the Clinton campaign to find dirt on Trump; How the FBI failed to examine DNC computers after they were hacked, relying instead on the findings of a private company connected to the DNC and the Obama administration; Why British intelligence played a role in building the collusion narrative; What role Ukranians played in legitimizing the perception that Trump was comspiring with the Russians; How foreign players in the two events that kickstarted the Trump-Rusia collusion investigation were connected to the Clinton Foundation; and, What motivated the major actors who sought to frame the Trump campaign and secure a win for Hillary Clinton." -- from the rear outer jacket. "The election of Donald Trump as president of the United States wasn't supposed to happen. The Obama administration had a legacy to preserve. Hillary Clinton had an email investigation to bury. British intelligence wanted to preserve its "special relationship: with the United States, and Ukraine needed to keep America as an ally. Each wanted Trump defeated, and each had a hand in promoting the false narrative that Trump's campaign colluded with Russia. Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino draws on his expert knowledge to show how these actors employed manipulations, setups, and abuse of power to sabotage the Trump campaign. They failed, but the effort continued after the election, disrupting America's political system and shattering trust within civil society." -- from the inner front jacket flap. "In Spygate, Dan Bongino and D.C. McAlister provide a fascinating look into the Trump-Russia collusion narrative from an entirely different perspective. Was Trump actually conspiring with the Kremlin or were others trying to create that illusion to sabotage his campaign and delegitimize his victory? This book will make you think." -- David Limbaugh.…

Shopbeschreibung
Vero Beach Books is an antiquarian bookseller with a constantly updated inventory of rare out-of-print books, signed books, children's books, plus a large inventory of ephemeral items such as major U.S. city newspapers going back 100 years and more, golden and silver age fine condition comic books (soon to be added), and many other ephemeral items as well as much more recent popular volumes. We have been in business for 25 years, originally known as Emerson Books (named after one of our owner's favorite authors, to wit, Ralph Waldo Emerson) located back then in Westport, Connecticut. That said, we are here to serve you, to offer you fine quality items that are conservatively described so that you will always be pleasantly surprised and delighted with your purchase. Twenty-five years in the bookselling business has borne out our stellar service oriented reputation; the only difference is that now we are located in the almost always sunny and warm climate of Vero Beach, Florida. Again, we are here to serve you and, as was the case when we were previously known on ABEBooks.com as Emerson Books, we will continue to offer our very popular 100% free search service for those hard to find books rare and out of print books. Oftentimes we are also able to obtain these rare finds at very good discounts to our customers' so it is always worth contacting us in such cases!
