[St. Andrew's Bay Development Company, circa 1910s]. Folded pamphlet with illustrated wraps. One sheet folded into 12 panels with content on both side. Pamphlet has moderate soiling and light wear, and almost all folds are reinforced with archival tape. This promotional pamphlet contains text, illustrations and maps concerning St. Andrew's Bay, located on Florida's panhandle. One map depicts transportation routes and the other, a sectional map, depicts lands owned by the St. Andrew's Bay Development Company. The Company promotes the promising industries of the area and the climate (with no mention of tropical storms), and urges customer to invest in their lands for no one wants to be "a victim of northern coal bills."
