The first part contains 20 well loved rhymes such as Pat-a-Cake, Humpty Dumpty, Old Mother Hubbard, and Three Little Kittens, illustrated with both full page color plates and many smaller sketches. The second part introduces little children to four timeless stories: The Three Bears, Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Sleeping Beauty, also charmingly illustrated throughout. CONDITION DETAILS (see our photos of actual book for sale): ÊBlue cloth boards with large paper pastedown on front. Mild rubbing on spine tips and corners, mild corner bumps. Pastedown mildly scuffed but still quite clean & bright. Decorative endpapers, small & tidy ink inscription on front free endpaper; otherwise no marks, soil, stains, writing or creases throughout.
