Though the Storms Rage. Dieser Artikel ist nicht verfügbar.Though the Storms Rage

With no memories of her mother and brought up by an abusive stepmother, her life journey took her through many storms. These storms included the death of her daughter, rejection, false accusation, attempted suicide, the death of her husband and learning to dance solo again. Whether we choose it or not, life brings storms. How we handle those storms is our decision. And our choices determine our future. Though The Storms Rage is about dancing through those storms of life - whether it be a victory dance, or a sideways two-step used to stay on our feet. Marion has weathered more storms than many of us - but still she dances, literally. Her decision to take up ballroom dancing in her sixties is a testament to her ongoing enjoyment of life. This book is a gentle guided tour through her life. The stories are humble; the reactions real and honest. Storms batter and often bruise her, but she hangs on and we fin her feet dancing again. This is real life.

I was very blessed to have been able to read this book and found the content moved me to tears. She creates strong visual imagery of the described events.

When a person can look back and see that life's struggles can grow us stronger rather than bring defeat and take the time to share that with us, the story is worth reading.
