Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: S. Rocky Durrans, Ph.D., P.E., is a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Unviersity of Alabama, where he is responsible for the hydrologic and hydraulic engineering programs. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Durrans spent many years in the consulting arena where he gained extensive experience in the design of stormwater and major urban drainage systems.
