All five are 1998 first printings (per lack of printing statement on their respective copyright pages per Folio Society's usual practice). Each hardcover, H 22.75cm x L 17.25cm, with no dust jackets as issued; all with vibrant gilt and purple stamping to front boards and spines. Interior pages are all bright and clean.
