TERMS: If book is oversized or exceptionally heavy there may be an additional postage charge. Indiana residents must include 7% sales tax. We welcome international orders; please inquire for rates. We are happy to hold your books for one week pending receipt of payment. All books are packed very carefully and well-protected. We check our email regularly and, upon confirmation of order, ship promptly.

Orders ship within 2 business days. All books are well-protected with packing materials and shipped in a sturdy box or a Priority Mail cardboard envelope with appropriate additional protective packing material. Shipments to locations in the U.S. include Delivery Confirmation.
