Detailed maps and captioned insets for each photograph point out the major mountain peaks (such as the Matterhorn, the Eiger, Mont Blanc), towns, landmarks, (Basel, Lugano, Zurich, Geneva), etc. All texts and captions in German, English, and of course Japanese. The Japanese edition prepared with the assistance of Goto Kuramochi, Tokyo. Many photographs are 3 and 4-page fold-outs. Comes with a slipcase. Both book (including dustcover) and slipcase are in excellent condition. Horizontal format, measuring 13.5" x 10.25" with 200 pages.
